Ramadan Dining: A Night in Cairo
From 19 February to 18 March 2026, PA.SO.LA Restaurant will transform into a setting inspired by Cairo, complete with warm lantern lighting and Middle Eastern flavours. Two guest chefs from The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo will collaborate with the culinary team, supported by Qatar Airways.
Chef Walid Anwar Diab, Senior Chef de Cuisine, brings over 30 years of experience in Egyptian gastronomy, blending traditional techniques with authentic flavours. He is joined by Chef Mohsen Mohamed Ramadan Ahmed Hassan, who has nearly two decades of experience specialising in Egyptian, Lebanese, and Syrian cuisine. Together, they present an iftar inspired by the vibrant culinary culture of Cairo.
