This year, two leaders from Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort have been named finalists at the Stelliers Asia 2026 Awards. Jean-Pierre Joncas, General Manager, is a finalist in the General Manager category, while Aulianty Fellina Rizal (Olie), Senior Director of Marketing Communications & PR, is a finalist in the Marketing Communications category.
The Stelliers Asia Awards recognise hospitality professionals across the industry, celebrating excellence across different roles and disciplines that contribute to the guest experience.
For Jean-Pierre, the nomination reflects the importance of trust, teamwork and shared values in leadership.

For Olie, the nomination marks an important moment in a hospitality career spanning more than two decades. Her experience across hotels, brands, campaigns and storytelling has shaped her approach to marketing and communication, with a focus on creating meaningful connections between brands, guests and destinations.
“After more than two decades in hospitality, I feel incredibly grateful for the journey that has brought me here. Every hotel, team and experience has shaped the way I see marketing, communication and hospitality today. I am proud to be recognised alongside so many brilliant hospitality professionals across Asia, and I am especially looking forward to meeting and celebrating with the other finalists in Bangkok.”
Having finalists in two different categories is a proud moment for Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The recognition highlights the talent and leadership within the resort, as well as the teams working behind the scenes to create memorable guest experiences.

The winners of the Stelliers Asia 2026 Awards will be announced on Friday, 25 September 2026, at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.
