Located in a restored hanok in Seoul’s historic Jongno district, Gong Gan is renowned for its modern interpretation of Korean mixology, blending heritage, storytelling and craftsmanship in every cocktail.
Founded by Willy Park and Evan Noh, Gong Gan has become one of Asia’s leading cocktail destinations. The bar was ranked No. 63 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025, following its No. 89 ranking in 2024. It is recognised for its creative use of Korean ingredients and its contemporary take on local culture.
On 22 July 2026, Willy Park will bring the signature flavours and techniques of Gong Gan to The St. Regis Bar Jakarta for an exclusive one-night guest shift. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a curated cocktail menu that showcases the bar’s distinctive Korean-inspired creations.
