The Papandayan Bandung introduces a fresh concept in the wedding industry with The Papandayan Wedding Experience (TPWE) 2026, taking place on Saturday, 25 April 2026. Designed as an immersive wedding role-play, the event allows prospective couples to experience a realistic simulation of their wedding day across a range of concepts.
Moving beyond a conventional wedding exhibition, TPWE 2026 adopts a Live Wedding Journey approach. Visitors are guided through multiple venues to witness wedding processions in real time, offering a complete overview—from traditional ceremonies to modern receptions—within a single day.
Five distinct wedding concepts will be presented:
- Modern International Wedding with Chrome Wedding Organizer at Suagi Grand Ballroom
- Traditional Indonesian Wedding with Megantara Wedding Organizer at Cimanuk Ballroom
- Chinese Wedding Ceremony with Uun & Friends Wedding Organizer at Cantigi
- Modern Intimate Wedding with Afrodite Wedding Organizer at Huru Batu Grill Garden
- Siraman Ceremony with Eleven Wedding Organizer at Tropical Garden
Running from 10 AM to 10 PM, the event features a series of engaging activities across each venue. At Suagi Grand Ballroom, highlights include an international wedding simulation, the Ratri Wijaya Batik Fashion Show, and a fashion performance by Sinaran featuring Smara House.
At Cimanuk Ballroom, visitors can enjoy a wedding entrance showcase, traditional dance performances, a make-up class, and a fashion show by Ivan Belva, blending cultural heritage with modern style.
The Tropical Garden offers a serene setting for the Sundanese Siraman ceremony, accompanied by live kacapi suling music and artistic performances. At Cantigi, guests can experience the Sangjit ceremony, a collaborative fashion show by Smara House & Vins Jewellery, and a lively DJ session with pass-around canapés.
Huru Batu Grill Garden presents an international intimate wedding concept, featuring a violin-accompanied entrance, an Italian wedding cake celebration, and a wine toss tradition. The programme concludes with the HB After Party, including a performance by Enter Music, DJ entertainment, canapés, and a festive confetti finale.
