Soulace, a new yoga and pilates destination in Jakarta, has officially opened, offering a fresh take on movement and mindfulness. Founded by sisters Maina and Khushboo Harjani, the space combines pilates, yoga, and holistic practices to create a sanctuary focused on balance, strength, and wellbeing.
To celebrate its launch, Soulace introduces Aqua Sculpt Floating Wellness Sessions—the first of their kind in Jakarta. As the city’s exclusive partner of Aqua Sculpt, the studio brings innovative floating classes such as Floating Yoga, Floating Pilates, and Floating Sound Bath. Held at the rooftop pool of Apartment 1 @ Cik Ditiro in Menteng, Central Jakarta, the sessions use specially designed floating platforms for safety and stability.
“There is something magical about practising yoga, pilates, and sound healing while floating on water. We’re proud to be the first to bring Aqua Sculpt to Jakarta, offering a sanctuary where people can discover balance, joy, and serenity in a completely new way,” says Maina Harjani, co-founder of Soulace.
The concept blends water therapy with traditional wellness practices, helping participants improve core strength, focus, and relaxation. Originating in Australia, Aqua Sculpt is a global wellness brand known for pioneering floating fitness and mindfulness. Founder Nina Hirschfeld said, “Bringing Aqua Sculpt to Jakarta marks such an exciting step in our global journey. Our mission has always been to make wellness playful, luxurious, and accessible, and now the people of Jakarta can experience our magic of movement on water. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, Aqua Sculpt is about connection, joy, and finding strength in the most unexpected places.”
Weekly floating sessions will begin on 22 September 2025, with schedules available via @soulacejakarta. The dedicated Soulace studio is expected to open in early 2026.
