The menu continues to highlight Levantine-inspired flavours, with tender cuts enhanced by za’atar, citrus glazes, and smoked paprika, offering guests a taste of the Eastern Mediterranean in a refined garden setting.

The new open-kitchen pavilion mirrors the beachfront grill, with chefs preparing premium cuts over glowing embers. Signature dishes include Angus Tenderloin, Grass-Fed MB3+ and Ibérico Pork Chop, alongside selections from the dry-ageing chamber.
