Now, it proudly introduces a refreshed menu that blends classic Indonesian flavours with modern culinary creativity, offering guests an elevated and more imaginative dining experience.
A highlight of the new offerings is the focus on Indonesian-inspired dishes. Signature items include Bebek Panada – a savoury pastry filled with duck ragout and spicy sambal roa – and Pisang Toast with a sweet and spicy sambal twist. The new standout main is the Smoked Crispy Duck Breast, served with gulai sauce and lemon rice for a bold flavour combination.
Renowned for its artisan breads, Sari Delicatessen & Café also presents a range of new bread-based creations. Guests can enjoy the Philly Steak with soft brioche, beef, and melted cheese, or indulge in the Lobster and Prawn Roll, filled with seafood and spicy mayo.
