Regent Bali Canggu proudly introduces the Michelin Master Series, a five-month programme of exclusive culinary collaborations beginning on 31 October 2025. Hosted at the resort’s Chef’s Table, this series brings together Michelin-starred chefs from Asia and beyond with Regent’s own culinary team, offering an intimate celebration of flavour, artistry, and cultural exchange.

Each edition presents a two-night-only dining experience with limited seating, guiding guests through creative menus inspired by seasonal ingredients and thematic storytelling. Moët & Chandon joins as the presenting partner, with more collaborations to be announced.
The Line-Up of Michelin Luminaries
The series opens with Chef Thav Phouthavong of 80/20 Bangkok on 31 October and 1 November 2025. Known for his “fun, bold, and unpretentious” take on Thai cuisine, Chef Thav blends his Laotian heritage with global influences, showcasing a vibrant approach to modern Thai gastronomy.

On 14 and 15 November 2025, Chef Dan Bark of Cadence by Dan Bark in Bangkok continues the series. Korean-born and Chicago-raised, Dan’s award-winning “progressive American” cuisine combines emotion, technique, and precision, earning and retaining a Michelin Star since 2020.
Next, on 21 and 22 November 2025, Chef Allen Hyunmin Suh of Restaurant Allen, Seoul, brings his signature style of refined Korean-inspired fine dining. With nearly two decades of global experience—including at Eleven Madison Park—Chef Allen’s creations blend meticulous craftsmanship with modern innovation.

The Michelin Master Series will continue through February 2026, featuring more acclaimed chefs from across Asia and beyond, each offering a unique interpretation of contemporary gastronomy in Bali.
