RASA (which means “flavour” in Indonesian) offers a mix of curated tasting menus and à la carte options, giving diners the flexibility to explore Indonesia’s culinary magic in whatever way suits them. The dishes stay true to tradition, with a few modern twists, but never lose the essence of what makes Indonesian food so special.
The signature dish at RASA is a traditional Javanese feast with seven stunning courses, using top-quality, fresh ingredients. Some standout bites? The Tempe Bacem, Asinan Bogor, and Sour Fish Soup for starters, followed by mains like Iga Bakar Menara (grilled ribs), Padang-style Chicken Curry, and Honey Grilled Prawns with Sambal Matah. To finish, there’s Fried Banana with Cheese, all served on beautiful handcrafted ceramics by local artists at Naruna Ceramics—a real feast for both the eyes and tastebuds.
