For the occasion, Osteria GIA’s Chef Tommaso Gonfiantini brings his passion for traditional Italian cuisine to Bali, presenting a menu inspired by timeless recipes and premium ingredients. Known for his heartfelt approach to cooking, Chef Tommaso has curated a selection of comforting Italian favourites designed to be shared and enjoyed in a relaxed setting.
The menu features signature dishes including Eggplant Parmigiana, Angus Carpaccio, Fettuccine al Burro e Pepe, Spaghetti Aglio Olio, and a classic Tiramisu to finish.
