Novotel is launching its first Novotel Longevity Week from 7–13 September 2026, encouraging people to live longer, healthier and happier lives through small, achievable daily habits.
The initiative is based on Novotel’s Longevity Everyday vision and focuses on four pillars: Eat, Sleep, Move and Meet. Through expert-led talks, masterclasses and live sessions, Novotel aims to show how simple changes can support long-term wellbeing.
A Growing Focus on Longevity
Novotel’s global study of 13,000 consumers across 12 countries found that 71% are more interested in their future wellbeing than five years ago. While people recognise the importance of a balanced diet, quality sleep and regular exercise, 76% say they wish they lived a healthier lifestyle.
The research also highlights the role of travel in wellbeing, with 51% of respondents saying they feel more relaxed on holiday and 24% reporting better sleep while away.

Meet the Novotel 37 Collective
Longevity Week will be led by the Novotel 37 Collective, featuring Olympic surfer Kauli Vaast, food creator Alfie Steiner, sleep expert Olivia Arezzolo, former footballer Javier Pastore and ocean photographer Kaushiik Subramaniam.
Throughout the week, they will share practical advice covering movement, nutrition, sleep, connection and ocean health.
The programme includes a movement masterclass, plant-forward cooking class, sleep and breathwork session, and talks on food, wellbeing and human connection. Content creators worldwide will also share their own daily wellbeing routines and challenges.

Longevity Week Around the World
The initiative will take place across 630+ Novotel hotels worldwide, with wellbeing experiences, family activities and digital content for guests to enjoy during and after their stay.
Guests can also discover Oh My Greens!, Novotel’s plant-forward dining programme, at participating hotels.
Longevity Week marks the beginning of a new annual tradition, encouraging everyone to take one small step towards living better.
Because longevity is not about perfection. It is about progress.
