Novotel Bali Ubud Resort Welcomes Guests

Novotel announces the opening of Novotel Bali Ubud Resort, a destination designed to help guests recharge and reconnect in one of Bali’s most inspiring natural settings.

Surrounded by lush jungle and peaceful valleys, the resort is located just 30 minutes from Ubud’s centre, Kintamani, and Mount Batur. It offers a balanced travel experience where nature, culture, and modern comfort come together to support wellbeing.

Inspired by Novotel’s Longevity Everyday philosophy, the resort encourages simple daily habits such as healthy eating, quality sleep, regular movement, and meaningful connection.

The resort features 159 rooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the forest or infinity pool. Designed with natural textures and Balinese touches, the rooms provide a calm and comfortable space to rest. Larger room options are available for families and extended stays.

Dining reflects a focus on nutritious, flavourful, and plant-forward cuisine. Siralada combines traditional Balinese elements with international and Asian-inspired flavours, while The Social Hub offers a relaxed setting for light meals and refreshing drinks.

Facilities include a spa, fitness centre, infinity pools, and a children’s playground. Guests can also enjoy a range of activities such as cycling, Mount Batur sunrise trekking, rafting, waterfall visits, Balinese dance lessons, and cultural workshops. Daily wellness sessions include yoga and meditation, alongside private cooking classes and romantic dining experiences.

The nearby Vimala Pavilion, Ubud’s only glass chapel set to open soon, will offer a scenic venue for weddings and intimate events with panoramic jungle views.

In line with Novotel’s sustainability efforts, the resort reduces single-use plastics and supports local craftsmanship through furniture and décor made by Balinese artisans.

Garth Simmons, Chief Operating Officer, Premium, Midscale & Economy Division for Accor in Asia, said: “Travellers today are seeking balance, wellbeing, and authentic connections to the destinations they visit.
