Located on the island’s northern coast, the resort is easily accessible by ferry from Singapore and offers a relaxed setting for families, couples, friends and business travellers.
The resort features 408 rooms and suites, each with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens or sea. Accommodation includes Deluxe Rooms, Premium Terrace Rooms, Junior Suites, Executive Suites, Ambassador Suites and Presidential Suites, offering comfortable spaces for both short and extended stays.

Dining is an important part of the resort experience, with a selection of restaurants and bars. Port 19 serves Indonesian, Asian and international dishes, while Yokatta Izakaya & Bar offers Japanese favourites including sushi, udon and yakitori. Klon-Tong Deli serves pastries, ice cream, local specialities and coffee, while Recreation Village Sports Lounge and Ocean Pool Bar offer casual dining and drinks. On the beachfront, Soñada Beach Club serves Pan-Asian and Italian dishes, cocktails and light bites, with weekend DJ sessions. Guests can also enjoy Mövenpick’s signature Chocolate Hour, a daily chocolate experience.
The resort offers a range of activities for guests of all ages. The Recreation Village features fitness, sports and family activities, including yoga, Pilates and a fitness centre. Younger guests can enjoy Little Birds Club, with indoor and outdoor play areas, arts and crafts and interactive activities. Swimming pools, kayaking, paddleboarding and other non-motorised water sports are also available.
Golf enthusiasts can access Bintan Lagoon International Golf, which features two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Ian Baker-Finch. For relaxation, Shantara Spa & Wellness offers massage, facial and reflexology treatments, along with a sauna and steam room.

For meetings and celebrations, the resort offers more than 2,000 square metres of events space, including a 900-square-metre Grand Ballroom.
