Marriott Business Council Indonesia has successfully hosted the 4th Annual Women in Leadership (WIL) Conference under the theme “Fearless Forward: Empowering LeadHERship”. The two-day event took place at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa from 11 to 12 December 2025 and welcomed around 200 participants from 70 Marriott International properties across Indonesia, including 12 female General Managers.

The event focuses on leadership, inclusion, and empowerment, while celebrating the courage and resilience of women who are shaping the future of hospitality.

The programme featured a series of talks, panel discussions, and wellness activities designed to support both professional and personal development.

I Wayan Raksa, Co-chair of Marriott Business Council Bali and General Manager of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa, said, “Hosting the Women in Leadership Conference once again was a meaningful experience for all of us.
