Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites, in collaboration with the Embassy of Hungary, presents the Hungarian Culinary & Cultural Festival 2026, taking place from 26 March to 4 April 2026. This week-long event brings the rich heritage of Hungary to Jakarta, offering a blend of culture, cuisine, and contemporary hospitality.
The festival combines the artistic identity of ARTOTEL with Hungary’s long-standing traditions, creating an engaging experience for food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and travellers seeking cultural discovery. It highlights Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites as a destination for lifestyle and gastronomic events.
The programme begins on 26 March with a Hungarian Culinary Workshop at Tiara Ballroom, followed by a press conference and an exclusive dinner and wine tasting at Beranda. The festival then opens to the public from 27 March to 4 April 2026, with dining experiences available at IDR 380,000 nett per person.
On 27 March, the hotel hosts special dinners with the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Skål International, accompanied by a live performance from Flaska Banda, bringing traditional Hungarian music to the evening.
The festival features leading Hungarian talents, including Béla Prohászka, wine expert Krisztián Nyáry, and mixologist Balázs Molnár. Together, they showcase authentic Hungarian flavours, wines, and cultural traditions, supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary.
