The Luxury Dining Series has returned to Asia Pacific following last year’s successful debut, bringing together some of the region’s most celebrated destinations from July to September. Among them, The St Regis Jakarta takes its place as the fifth stop, alongside The St. Regis Osaka, JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, The Ritz-Carlton Perth, The St. Regis Singapore, and The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok.
Each stop presents exclusive experiences curated by Marriott International’s leading chefs and mixologists, with Marriott Bonvoy members able to access them through Marriott Bonvoy Moments. At The St Regis Jakarta, the programme embraces the theme “Forgotten Flavours,” reviving recipes, rituals, and tastes that have been passed down through generations. Guests are invited on a culinary and cultural journey that blends heritage with innovation, beginning with Chef Almatino “Tino” Gabriel Ibrata’s family-style feast at Bel Étage, where traditional dishes from across the Indonesian archipelago are reimagined for a modern audience.

The experience weaves together storytelling and flavour, from Wayang performances and batik workshops to spice garden tours and explorations of Old Batavia Town. A Michelin-starred chapter at J.J.A. highlights modern Swiss cuisine by Chef Arne Riehn of IGNIV Bangkok, while The Drawing Room hosts a month-long Afternoon Tea collaboration by Chefs Janice Wong and Kevin Lee, showcasing artistic desserts and playful contrasts. Evenings at The St. Regis Bar feature an exclusive takeover by guest mixologists Yasuhiro Kawakubo and Giovanni Graziadei, offering cocktails that celebrate Batavia’s spirited past.
The journey concludes with the Sparkle Sunday Brunch at Bel Étage, beginning with the signature St. Regis sabrage ritual and continuing with an indulgent spread of seafood, international delicacies, and free-flowing champagne. More than a dining series, The St Regis Jakarta’s edition of the Luxury Dining Series is a celebration of taste, culture, and connection, bringing Indonesia’s culinary legacy vividly to life.
