Guests are then treated to a generous selection of festive dishes, including Bird’s Nest, Braised Abalone, Roasted Suckling Pig, crispy pork belly, steamed grouper fish, Ngo Hiung and Sichuan-style jellyfish, chosen for both flavour and auspicious meaning.
Live music enhances the celebratory atmosphere throughout the season, while a lively Barongsai performance brings energy and blessings, particularly during the brunch, where families and generations gather to celebrate together.
