From 19 to 21 September 2025, Catur Dharma Hall at Menara Astra in Jakarta will host Living First 2025, a three-day celebration of art, design, and culture. Visitors will experience an exhibition of traditional East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) weaving, explore over 90 contemporary artworks from 36 Indonesian artists, join cultural and architectural talks, and browse a curated pop-up market of premium home and lifestyle brands.
Organised by Astra Property, Living First is more than an exhibition—it is designed as an immersive experience that connects creativity with community. This year, the spotlight is on the heritage of East Nusa Tenggara, presented with Uma Nusantara. The “Jalur Tenun” exhibition showcases the textures of NTT’s weaving traditions and traditional architectural forms, highlighting how space shapes identity and belonging.

Beyond the exhibitions, the event offers talks on architecture and culture, showing how traditional wisdom can inspire modern city living. The Pop-Up Market adds a lifestyle element, with brands including demi bumi, IWAN TIRTA HOME, Tjantik Gallery, and VIROLiving.
Now in its ninth year, Living First also reflects Astra Property’s broader journey.
