This fall, John Hardy is stepping things up with some seriously exciting new pieces added to the core collections: Spear, Naga, and Love Knot. Think sterling silver, 14k gold, and mixed metals, all with stunning new touches like Dark Silver, blue sapphires, and black sapphire accents. It’s all about taking your style to the next level.
Staying true to John Hardy’s roots in Balinese craftsmanship, the Fall 2024 collection is a natural progression of Creative Chairman Reed Krakoff’s vision for the brand. He’s blending tradition with modern, luxe designs that feel both timeless and fresh. Under Krakoff’s creative lead, John Hardy has had a bit of a facelift – a new design direction while still holding onto that authentic spirit of Bali.

From the Man Himself
“Working with the talented artisans in Bali and Bangkok has been a real honour,” says Reed Krakoff. “We’ve been evolving the iconic John Hardy elements and giving a modern twist to the Balinese-inspired designs that first drew me to the brand. For Fall 2024, we’ve taken things further, introducing more diamond and gold pieces that I reckon are some of our best yet.”
As the brand gears up for its 50th anniversary in 2025, Krakoff has laid the groundwork with fresh collections like Spear, Surf, Pebble, Colorblock, and the Men’s Collection. He’s also reworked fan favourites like Naga and Love Knot, adding a touch of sophistication with diamonds, gold, and sterling silver designs, quickly making them the top sellers.

New Twists on Signature Collections
Each collection has had a bit of a makeover for the season. Spear now features rose gold and darker metals, plus it’s making its debut in the men’s collection. The Love Knot – two woven chains tied into a knot, symbolising commitment, resilience, and love – is available in two-tone metals and is also part of the men’s lineup. The much-loved Naga collection, known for symbolising love, prosperity, and protection, has been stripped back to a more minimalist form, with more styles for men.
The Laid-Back Men’s Collection
John Hardy’s new men’s collection is all about laid-back confidence. It’s got an easy-going vibe but with top-notch quality and an unmistakable style. Dark Silver and new blue and black sapphire details add an edge to the men’s line, creating standout pieces perfect for fall/winter.
“Men these days are embracing jewellery as part of their wardrobe,” says Krakoff. “It’s just like a great pair of shoes, a watch, or designer sneakers – it’s all about defining your style. And a lot of guys are layering it up – multiple necklaces, stacking bracelets. The more, the better!”
Since launching the men’s range earlier this year, Krakoff has curated a collection that nails the John Hardy vibe – bold designs, different weights, and a mix of metals. The next wave of men’s arrivals keeps that cool, confident energy flowing, aiming to capture the attention of today’s modern, stylish bloke.
JH Smart Watch
Artistry meets precision with the JH Smart Watch. The band combines mixed materials with silver and leather for a slick, stylish look that’s the perfect balance of tradition and innovation.
JH Essentials
Joining the brand’s core collections is JH Essentials – a range of sterling silver and 14k gold pieces at more accessible price points, but still keeping that signature John Hardy craftsmanship. Drawing on the brand’s Balinese heritage, this collection includes diamond pave, mixed metals, and sapphire details, making it perfect for adding a bit of flair to your jewellery game. With pearls joining the collection in October, there’s plenty more to come this fall.
