JHL Collection marks its fifth anniversary with a renewed commitment to its vision of Light Hospitality—a blend of warmth, elegance, and forward-thinking design. Established in 2020, the group has grown to manage seven properties under six brands in Indonesia and Cambodia. Entering its next chapter, JHL Collection positions itself as a trusted partner for hotel owners and investors seeking meaningful guest experiences.
Five Years of Hospitality: Building the Foundation
According to Executive Director Satria Wei, the first five years laid the groundwork for the brand’s future growth. The group focused on creating and managing its own properties to establish strong foundations in service, innovation, and design. With six brands and seven properties now operating, JHL Collection is ready to expand further as a management partner across the region.

5TEPS TO THE FUTURE: Values Shaping the Next Chapter
The anniversary theme, 5TEPS TO THE FUTURE, reflects the group’s guiding values—principles that have shaped the first five years and will continue to direct its growth, purpose, and community impact.
Steps of Excellence
Excellence for JHL Collection means combining Indonesian heritage with global standards. This year saw the opening of Noema Resort Pererenan in Bali and Arjuna Resort & Spa in Cambodia, with future destinations including Lombok and more in Cambodia.

Steps of Creativity
Innovation is encouraged from within. The Limitless Idea Box fosters fresh ideas, such as this year’s winning project, JHL Collection Magazine by Ayu Mas Oka, designed to connect guests with local culture and brand storytelling.
Steps of Giving
Through its Jejak Hati Langkahmu initiative, JHL Collection supports local communities. The Run With Mission programme, for example, donated over 5,000 pairs of shoes to students in 47 Indonesian schools. During the anniversary event, donors were honoured with a tribute on the Gratitude Wall.

Steps of Possibilities
JHL Collection embraces digital and design innovation, with a new website and initiatives such as an Augmented Reality (AR) breakfast at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong, allowing guests to explore dishes and ingredient stories interactively.
Steps of Mindfulness
Wellbeing remains central to the group’s approach. Later this year, JHL Collection will launch a guided wellness journey at Kencana Valley, offering guests opportunities to reset and reconnect.

Resilience in a Challenging Year
“This year has not been without its challenges. But with resilience and commitment, we have overcome them, and in doing so, we are better prepared to look ahead with strength and confidence,” said Satria Wei, Executive Director of JHL Collection. “The lessons of today shape the vision of tomorrow. Our future is not only about more properties, it’s about hospitality that matters.”
Looking Ahead: From Portfolio Builder to Regional Partner
With solid foundations in place, JHL Collection plans to expand through management partnerships while deepening investment in team development, innovation, community initiatives, and digital transformation. Guided by 5TEPS TO THE FUTURE, the group aims to lead with purpose and strengthen its role as a regional hospitality partner.
