ORIJIN Japanese Dining at Sari Pacific Jakarta, Autograph Collection has introduced Japanese Brunch in the City, a refined Sunday dining experience celebrating authentic Japanese cuisine and the restaurant’s culinary heritage, which dates back to 1976.
The brunch features a wide selection of Japanese specialities served through interactive live cooking stations, including Robatayaki, Teppanyaki and freshly prepared made-to-order dishes that showcase the craftsmanship of Japanese cooking.
Guests can enjoy ORIJIN’s signature dishes, including the popular Robatayaki Gindara, premium beef, chicken and fresh seafood prepared at the Teppanyaki station, as well as a selection of fresh sashimi, handcrafted sushi rolls and the restaurant’s well-known Chicken Teriyaki. Fresh wasabi grated tableside adds an authentic touch to the dining experience.
Live acoustic music creates a relaxed Sunday atmosphere, while the traditional Kagami Biraki ceremony and sake pass-around offer guests an opportunity to experience elements of Japanese culture and hospitality.
Available every Sunday from 11.30am to 2.30pm, Japanese Brunch in the City is priced at IDR490,000++ per person and includes a special “Pay 3, Get 4” offer. Guests can also enhance the experience with an additional beverage package priced at IDR300,000++, which includes unlimited sake and shochu for two hours.
