Inspired by the flow and grace of a river, Jade River offers an elegant setting for guests to enjoy authentic flavours, marking Bogor’s first premium Chinese dining experience.
Inside, the restaurant exudes calm sophistication, blending traditional Chinese design with warm wood tones, golden accents, and soft lighting. As an inclusive dining venue, Jade River serves authentic Chinese dishes prepared without pork or lard, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
“Jade River is a tribute to connection between people, flavours, and nature,” said Adrian Tumbelaka, General Manager of Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills. “Our goal is to introduce a Chinese dining experience that is both refined and welcoming, rooted in heritage yet contemporary in presentation. We envisioned a space where guests can celebrate milestones, reconnect with family, or simply enjoy the art of good food amid Bogor’s mountain serenity.”
Led by Executive Chef Rosi Hendriyanto and Chinese Cuisine Chef Badrus, Jade River’s menu combines traditional techniques with modern presentation. Signature dishes include Stuffed Crispy Ball Mentaiko Shrimp Salad, Double-Boiled Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw, and Braised Eight-Head Abalone and Sea Cucumber in Golden Abalone Sauce. Other highlights such as Roasted Duck with Hoisin Sauce and Beef Rib in Oriental Sauce showcase the balance of heritage and innovation that defines Pullman dining.
Guests can also enjoy a range of refreshing handcrafted drinks, including the Jade River Garden (green apple, cucumber, bok choy, celery, lemon juice, and honey), Golden Chrysant Cordial (chrysanthemum tea with lemon cordial), and Mandarin Sunrise (mandarin orange, pineapple, grenadine, and raspberry cordial).
The restaurant offers several elegant spaces, including a VIP Room with private karaoke for up to eight guests, a Dining Hall, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the resort’s natural scenery. Opening hours are Wednesday to Friday for lunch (11:00–15:00) and dinner (18:00–22:00). On weekends and public holidays, guests can also enjoy Yum Cha from 08:00–13:00, celebrating Chinese tea culture and shared dining.
To celebrate its grand opening, Jade River presents “Dim Sum Galore”, an All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum promotion running until 20 December 2025, available Friday to Sunday and public holidays from 08:00–14:00. Priced at IDR 188,000 nett per adult and IDR 99,000 nett for children (aged 5–11), the offer includes favourites such as Cheung Fun, Lobak Khao, and Chinese desserts, with complimentary Chinese tea and 30% off signature mocktails during Yum Cha.
