Rantang is a traditional Indonesian tiered serving style, long associated with sharing meals during Ramadan. At Ikan Restaurant & Bar, this tradition is reimagined in a beachfront setting, with each tier featuring comforting Indonesian dishes crafted by Head Chef Mohamad Raviel and the Ikan culinary team.
The experience is complemented by a custom batik wrap created by Bali-based artisan brand Cap Bali. Designed exclusively for The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, the Mandala motif symbolises balance, harmony, and togetherness, presented in an elegant colour palette inspired by Westin’s brand identity.

Rantang Ramadan is available for iftar dine-in at Ikan Restaurant or as a takeaway hamper, offering a meaningful way to celebrate Ramadan with family and friends, whether enjoyed together or shared as a thoughtful gift.
The experience is available throughout Ramadan from 5.30 PM to 10.00 PM, priced at IDR 786,500 net or 7,927 Marriott Bonvoy points per set for two persons.
