Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, a five-star independent hotel in Alam Sutera, officially opened on 14 July 2024. With 200 elegantly designed rooms, four dining venues, welcoming lounges, and a wide range of premium facilities, the hotel blends modern luxury with Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage.
From arrival, guests are immersed in Javanese tradition and artistry. The entrance is framed by Bodhi trees, symbols of protection and well-being. Inside, the first-floor lobby features a contemporary interpretation of the banji batik motif, representing happiness and blessings, alongside Sekar Jagad designs, a Javanese symbol of harmony.

Cultural elements are seamlessly woven throughout the hotel. Populico Bistro offers a vibrant dining experience, while the second floor is home to Chinese restaurant LIN 林 and the Tentrem Ballroom, enhanced with Jepara wood carvings and artworks by Jemana Murti, inspired by Borobudur and Prambanan. The third floor houses 11 versatile meeting rooms, complemented by natural rattan installations from design firm ByoLiving.
For relaxation and leisure, the fifth floor features Gaharu Wellness with spa treatments, reflexology, fitness facilities, sauna, and jacuzzi, alongside Aruna Kids Playground and a swimming pool. The sixth-floor check-in lobby sets the tone with the sounds of gamelan, Jepara wood carvings, and traditional batik patterns, while dining options include Kayu Manis, Canella, and Tirta Lounge. The Amarta Hall, inspired by Joglo architecture, offers a refined setting for special events.

Rising 17 floors, the hotel provides a wide range of accommodation, from 40 sqm Deluxe Rooms to the 240 sqm Presidential Suite, all designed for comfort, privacy, and elegance.
“Every detail at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta tells a story,” said the management team. “The hotel is designed to reflect the warmth of Indonesian hospitality while celebrating Javanese heritage in a modern context.”
