Seasonal Tastes at The Westin Jakarta presents Flavours of Malaysia, a special dining series featuring guest chefs from Marriott Bonvoy hotels across Malaysia. Available from 3 to 23 October 2025, guests can savour authentic Malaysian dishes during dinner, with chefs personally serving their signature creations from a live trolley alongside a buffet spread.
The line-up of guest chefs includes:
- Week 1: Chef Luqman Bin Rusman from The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, featuring Nasi Lemak Pandan, Assam Laksa, Mee Kari, Nasi Kerabu and more.
- Week 2: Chef Chang Seng Cheong from Penang Marriott Hotel, featuring Char Koay Teow, Penang Hokkien Char, Oyster Omelette and more.
- Week 3: Chef Mohd Hafiz Bin Md Salleh from The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi, featuring Laksa Kedah, Kambing Berasap, Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api and more.
This limited-time dining experience is priced at IDR 588,000++ per person on weekday dinners and IDR 658,000++ per person on weekend dinners.
Located on the 51st floor, Seasonal Tastes offers panoramic views of Jakarta and a vibrant buffet featuring seven live cooking stations inspired by Western, Indian and Asian cuisines. Guests can also enjoy à la carte dishes and the restaurant’s Eat Well Menus, designed with wellness in mind.
