Spectrum Restaurant
At Spectrum Restaurant, guests are invited to experience The Grand Middle Eastern Iftar Buffet, inspired by the rich flavours of Turkey, Morocco, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. Throughout Ramadan, the buffet evolves weekly, offering a dynamic culinary journey.
The experience begins with Lebanese Feast (18–22 February), followed by Flavours of Morocco (23 February–1 March). From 2–8 March, The Saudi Nights take centre stage, before concluding with The Grand Turkish Iftar from 9–15 March.
Priced from IDR 728,000++ per person, each week presents new flavours and traditions, creating a memorable iftar experience throughout the holy month.
1945 Restaurant
At 1945 Restaurant, Fairmont Jakarta introduces Ramadan Across the Indonesian Archipelago, a distinctive iftar journey celebrating Indonesia’s culinary heritage under the direction of Chef Yopi Tumeru, the restaurant’s new Chef de Cuisine.
The weekly experience begins with The Taste of Manado (18–22 February), followed by Javanese Heritage (23 February–1 March), Padang Epicurean Feast (2–8 March), and concludes with Flavours of Bali & Lombok from 9–15 March.
Available from IDR 628,000++ per person, the experience honours regional flavours, traditional techniques, and the stories behind every dish.
