Travel takes on deeper meaning with Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™, a programme by Marriott International that encourages guests to connect more intentionally with the places they visit.
Across Indonesia, 20 meaningful experiences are now available at 15 participating hotels across three destinations. These experiences allow Marriott Bonvoy members to immerse themselves in local culture, support community initiatives, and contribute to environmental conservation while travelling.

“The enhanced Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™ program reinforces our commitment to delivering meaningful experiences for guests when they stay with us. Today’s travelers want to travel with intention. They are looking to go deeper and truly understand the unique character of the destinations they visit. Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™ also underscores our commitment to connecting people through the power of travel and serving our world, supporting local communities and environments,” said John Toomey, Chief Commercial Officer, Marriott International, APEC.

With a total of 20 experiences, Indonesia offers the second-highest number of experiences in the Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) region. The country also ranks second in APEC for participating properties, with 15 hotels involved in the programme.
Indonesia also leads the region in community-focused initiatives, with 13 experiences supporting cultural preservation, local livelihoods, and social impact, alongside seven environment-focused activities.

“Indonesia’s strong presence in Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™ highlights the growing demand for more intentional and responsible travel,” said Ramesh Jackson, Regional Vice President, Indonesia & Malaysia, Marriott International. “With one of the region’s most comprehensive collections of experiences, Indonesia continues to position itself as a compelling destination for travelers who seek deeper connections and meaningful engagement.”
Rooted in two pillars — Community and Environment — Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™ encourages travellers to go beyond sightseeing and engage more meaningfully with local culture, heritage, and ecosystems.
