Celebrating its 13th anniversary, Pullman Jakarta Central Park presents a special culinary experience in collaboration with renowned chef Maxie Millian. Acclaimed for his expertise in crafting innovative menus, Chef Maxie also boasts extensive experience, having begun his culinary career in Saudi Arabia.
“This 13th-anniversary celebration is a significant milestone for us. We aim to commemorate this occasion by offering our guests an exceptional culinary experience, and we hope this event will be met with great enthusiasm,” said Sylvain Laroche, General Manager of Pullman Jakarta Central Park.
Chef Maxie will team up with Pullman Jakarta’s Executive Sous Chef, Roni Irawan, to create three signature dishes: Ikan Tangkap Manado, Kalkun Bumbu Bali, and Iga Bakar Kalio. These exclusive dishes will be available for two days only, on the 28th and 29th of November, at the Collage All Day Dining buffet during lunch and dinner. For IDR 308,000++, guests can indulge in over 30 buffet selections prepared by the hotel’s talented chefs, including the special dishes by Chef Maxie.
For Accor Plus members, an exclusive degustation dinner will be hosted at RASA by Collage on 28 November 2024. Priced at IDR 1,200,000++ per person, diners will enjoy a curated set menu crafted by Chef Maxie and Chef Roni, featuring dishes such as Pumpkin Roa, Pacco Tuna, Heritage Rice, Lobster Tuturuga, Wagyu Kalio, STMJ, and a surprise dessert called “Clean Your Palate” designed to delightfully conclude the dining experience.
