An art-inspired and modern lifestyle hotel in East Bekasi officially opened on Friday, 6 February 2026. The hotel marks the second collaboration between Kawan Lama Group, Sinar Mas Land, and Artotel Group. The opening was commemorated with a memorabilia signing ceremony attended by the management teams of the three companies.
Directly connected to the Living World Grand Wisata shopping centre, the hotel is positioned as a new lifestyle destination in the Grand Wisata Bekasi area, combining art, comfort, and convenient access.

The 13-storey hotel features 216 artistic rooms across three room types: Studio 24, Studio 36, and Studio 50, designed to accommodate both business and leisure travellers visiting Bekasi and nearby areas. Facilities include CLOVEN All Day Dining restaurant, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
Adding to its unique concept, the hotel also features ARTSPACE, the first art gallery in Bekasi integrated with both a hotel and a shopping centre. The space serves as a platform for art appreciation and creative interaction within the community.
