Artotel Group officially launched its latest hotel: ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu – Jakarta, inaugurated by the Governor of Jakarta Special Region, Pramono Anung Wibowo, and accompanied by Deputy Governor Rano Karno; Erastus Radjimin, Founder & CEO of Artotel Group; Tuhiyat, President Director of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda); Ferdiansyah Roestam, President Director of Jakarta Transit Integration (ITJ); and Fuad I.Z. Fachroeddin, President Director of PT Moda Integrasi Transportasi Jabodetabek.

Located on the 9th to 12th floors of a mixed-use transport hub building in the transit-oriented development (TOD) area of Dukuh Atas, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu – Jakarta is situated at Jl. Juana No.37, Dukuh Atas, Central Jakarta. The hotel features 90 rooms across three types: Studio 23, Studio 28, and Studio 33. Additional facilities include 3 meeting spaces (MEETSPACE), a dining area (EATSPACE), and THE PLATFORM rooftop bar with a stunning city view. More than just accommodation, the hotel aims to become a new social destination for both business and casual gatherings, especially for Jakarta’s urban crowd and youth. Thanks to its prime location, the hotel is easily accessible via Jakarta’s integrated public transportation network, including Jabodetabek commuter rail, LRT, TransJakarta, and MRT.
Erastus Radjimin, Founder & CEO of ARTOTEL Group, said:
“ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu is a significant milestone for Artotel Group as it marks our collaboration with the Jakarta Provincial Government’s MRT company to provide integrated accommodation for its users. We believe this hotel will become a new urban hub for Jakarta residents and visitors looking for a convenient, transit-friendly meeting place. The hotel also offers elevated amenities for a transit hotel, including in-room irons, hair dryers, complimentary welcome mini bar, instant coffee machines, and of course, city views from every room — all in line with our hallmark art and lifestyle concept.”
As a hotel carrying a contemporary art theme, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu collaborated with the talented young Indonesian artist Kris Sutardjo, also known as Irsky. Known for his colorful, eclectic works inspired by 1980s architecture, Irsky created a series of site-specific artworks under the theme “Rendezvous,” which represents a space where people come together. Guests can enjoy his artwork in the lobby, rooftop bar, and hotel rooms.
Transport Hub is part of the broader Dukuh Atas TOD development, themed “International Transit Axis and Motion Collaboration.”
“This area represents synergy among central and regional governments, regional enterprises (BUMD), and the private sector to create efficient, inclusive, and sustainable transport integration,” said Tuhiyat, President Director of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda).
“We hope ARTOTEL Simpang Temu supports Jakarta’s urban community by providing nearby, safe, comfortable, and affordable mixed-use facilities aligned with their modern lifestyle and mobility needs,” he added.
Ferdiansyah Roestam, President Director of PT ITJ, said:
“As part of the MRT Jakarta Group’s mission to build an Integrated District in Dukuh Atas and accelerate city regeneration initiatives, we are proud to see the opening of ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu. Our joint focus with ARTOTEL was not only on developing modern infrastructure within a mixed-use building but also on incorporating innovative design with sustainable values. We hope ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu continues to grow as a welcoming and iconic transit destination.”
To celebrate the opening, ARTOTEL Hub Simpang Temu is offering a special room rate starting from IDR 950,000 per night, including breakfast for two. For reservations and more information, visit artotelsimpangtemu.com.
