Bandung, known for its cool climate, rich culture, and culinary appeal, is set to welcome a new hotel from Archipelago International—Southeast Asia’s largest hotel operator. In partnership with CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan, Archipelago has marked the topping-off of Hotel Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan, a key step towards its planned opening at the end of 2025.
Strategically located in the heart of Kota Baru Parahyangan and close to the KCIC Whoosh high-speed rail station, the hotel is designed for both business and leisure travellers. It will feature 116 stylish rooms, six modern meeting spaces, and a rooftop restaurant with a skylight ambiance.
“This topping-off marks more than just construction progress—it’s a reflection of our ongoing commitment to bringing high-quality accommodation to strategic destinations,” said John Flood, CEO of Archipelago. “We believe Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan will become a preferred choice for travelers and a positive force for the local economy.”
The ceremony was celebrated with traditional elements such as a tumpeng cutting, concrete pouring, and balloon release, attended by Archipelago’s leadership and directors of CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan.
As Archipelago’s seventh property in Bandung, Neo enhances the group’s presence in West Java. Its prime location makes it a convenient base for exploring the scenic Parahyangan highlands.
“We’re grateful to see the project reach this stage smoothly,” said Felix Setiawan, Director of CV. Bangun Lestari Parahyangan. “We hope that Neo becomes a new symbol of comfort and warm hospitality in Kota Baru Parahyangan, while contributing positively to the surrounding community.”
Hotel Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan is set to open by the end of 2025.
