On 16 February 2026, Seasalt presents a Chinese New Year Buffet priced at IDR 550,000++ per person. The spread features live stations and family-style favourites such as smoked coconut charcoal-grilled seafood and meats, chilli crab with mantou, steamed seabass with ginger and scallion, and Balinese babi guling. Desserts include tang yuan in ginger broth, mango pomelo sago, egg tarts, and Indonesian sweets.
