This exclusive five-course menu celebrates romance with the finest ingredients and elegant presentation. The experience begins with an amuse-bouche by Chef Adi—a crispy yasai tempura with tobiko and delicate soy broth—setting the perfect tone for the evening.
For the ‘First Love’ appetiser, couples can choose between a classic Greek salad with crisp vegetables and balsamic vinaigrette or a Romaine Hearts salad with parmesan, focaccia croutons, and Meyer lemon dressing—a fresh start to the evening.
Next is ‘Sweet Dream’, a smooth pumpkin soup with a savoury cheese crouton, offering warmth and comfort like a loving embrace.
For the main course, ‘Love Me Forever’, guests can enjoy either Australian beef tenderloin with sautéed vegetables, carrot and potato purée, and rich pepper sauce, or grilled salmon with Florentine sauce, potato purée, and fresh vegetables—a perfect blend of flavour and devotion.
Every romantic dinner needs a sweet ending. The evening finishes with a rich coconut yoghurt panna cotta, served with mango marmalade and a spiced sesame crisp—a perfect treat for love’s sweetest moments.
Each couple will enjoy two glasses of local red or white wine, followed by Manggarai coffee or tea for a warm finish to the evening.
