Asia’s First Amazing Family! Hub
Dropping this July 2026, Asia’s very first Amazing Family! Hub is coming to the resort. This integrated 300-square-metre social and play space is designed for modern families. Beyond the traditional kids’ club, it features an indoor playground, workshop areas, interactive games, karaoke rooms, and a chilled lounge area.
This hub will also host Club Med’s signature Amazing Family! programme, centred on creativity, connection, and play. It’s flexible and fun – making it easy to spend meaningful time together through collaborative activities, spontaneous playtime, or cosy downtime.
Splash Pad & Pickleball Courts
Just nearby, the new Splash Pad gives the little ones a place to stay and play in the water whilst parents relax comfortably within a comfy spot close by. Meanwhile, the new pickleball courts offer an easy-going way for the whole family to stay active, have fun, and make new friends during their stay.
Panorama Coffee Shop
With scenic views of the South China Sea, the refurbished Panorama Coffee Shop changes with your mood all day long. It’s the perfect social space to begin your day with morning coffee, enjoy a slow midday break, or head over for refreshing drinks as the sun goes down.
Terrace Gourmet Club
Matching the natural rhythm of your family escape, Terrace Gourmet Club serves up an all-day dining experience that transitions smoothly from laid-back daytime brunches to intimate seaside dinners. By day, savour a curated mixture of Indonesian flavours and international favourites, including Bintan-inspired tartines and plant-based options. Then, as night falls, the space shifts into a more refined venue.
The Grill
Coming in late 2026, The Grill adds to the resort’s fresh culinary landscape, offering premium meats and grilled seafood in a lively beachside setting. Alongside other reimagined dining spaces, it reinforces Club Med’s Premium All-Inclusive hospitality vision, built around the kind of flexibility, spontaneity, and freedom you want on a relaxing holiday.
Refurbished Rooms
All 308 rooms are getting a coastal-inspired glow-up through 2026. The fresh design draws inspiration from Bintan’s beautiful coastline, featuring a warmer, modern look with natural textures, brighter tones, and clever layouts that prioritise comfort and support family bonding within a peaceful retreat.
The new Deluxe Family-Themed Rooms reflect Club Med’s family-first approach by integrating playful children’s sleeping areas right alongside dedicated adult zones for comfort and privacy. Plus, across all room categories, little ones can enjoy sustainable and playful “My Forest Friends” Kids’ Amenities developed in partnership with ADA Cosmetics.
