Two chefs, two journeys, one table at Adriana Cocina & Bar

This June, Adriana Cocina & Bar invites guests to experience an intimate two-night dining collaboration featuring Chef Gerardo Ramos and Chef Matias Mardones.

Taking place on 19 and 20 June 2026, the exclusive eight-course dinner brings together two chefs with different culinary journeys but one shared vision — creating honest flavours and memorable dining experiences.

Chef Gerardo Ramos has built his career through years of experience across professional kitchens in Mexico, the United States, and Indonesia. Known for his structured and disciplined approach, he focuses on authentic Mexican and Latin American cuisine with an emphasis on precision, consistency, and respect for traditional techniques.

Meanwhile, Chef Matias Mardones discovered cooking through family traditions before refining his skills in kitchens across Chile, Hong Kong, Manila, Macau, and Korea. Now based at 25hours Hotel Jakarta The Oddbird, he is recognised for bold flavours, dynamic techniques, and expressive dishes inspired by his international journey.

Together, the two chefs present a thoughtfully curated menu centred around balance, texture, and flavour clarity. Guests can expect a unique interpretation of Latin cuisine that blends Chef Gerardo’s refined structure with Chef Matias’ instinctive and adaptable style.

Set against the vibrant rooftop atmosphere of Samasta Lifestyle Village, the dinner promises an immersive evening of food, conversation, and culinary storytelling.

Optional beverage pairings are available to complement the menu, alongside cigar and tequila selections for an elevated dining experience.
