Join KAUM Bali and COPA for a weekend celebrating Indonesia through flavour, fire and tradition! Chef Maxie Millian and Chef Matias Mardones come together to present an exclusive menu inspired by regional recipes, open-fire cooking and stories from across the Indonesian archipelago. The celebration continues with a special National Day Brunch and cocktail takeover at Oddbird Bar, offering a weekend of delicious food, drinks and Indonesian spirit.
